  6. Press dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick on the parchment.

  7. Cut dough into rectangles (about 1 × 3 inches) and gently separate slightly.

  8. Bake 9–12 minutes, until edges are set and lightly golden.

  9. Cool completely on the baking sheet.
