🧈 Cookie Dough
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter and both sugars until light and smooth.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix just until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick on the parchment.
Cut dough into rectangles (about 1 × 3 inches) and gently separate slightly.
Bake 9–12 minutes, until edges are set and lightly golden.
Cool completely on the baking sheet.
🍫 Chocolate Dipping Sauce

Heat cream until steaming (not boiling).
Pour over chocolate chips and let sit 1 minute.
Stir until smooth and glossy.
Stir in salt. Serve warm for dipping.
