Can't-stop-eating-it Stuffed Pepper Casserole
  1. Cook the ground beef, peppers and onion in a skillet until meat is cooked through and onions are soft, about 8 minutes.

  2. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, tomatoes, rice and Tuscan seasoning.

  4. Stir, bring to a simmer, reduce heat, cover and cook until rice is tender, about 20 minutes, stirring once or twice.

  5. Add half of the cheeses and stir until melted.

  6. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese. You can either cover it with a lid and let the cheese melt, or pop it under the broiler to melt the cheese.

  7. Garnish with additional chopped green onions, if desired.
