Cook the steak in 2 batches with the avocado oil
Assemble the burritos with the cooked steak, cheese, and Greek yogurt
Garnish with cilantro
Store the burritos frozen for up to 3 months
To reheat, microwave for 60-90 seconds until heated through, and optionally toast the burritos in a dry pan before freezing
