Mini Steak & Cheese Burritos
  1. Heavily season the steak with salt & Tajin

  2. Make the Carne Asada Dry Rub by mixing the Ancho Chili powder, garlic, onion, black pepper, and cumin

  3. Cook the steak in 2 batches with the avocado oil

  4. Assemble the burritos with the cooked steak, cheese, and Greek yogurt

  5. Garnish with cilantro

  6. Store the burritos frozen for up to 3 months

  7. To reheat, microwave for 60-90 seconds until heated through, and optionally toast the burritos in a dry pan before freezing
