Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds.
Add diced tomatoes and heavy cream, stirring well.
Mix in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
Add cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated with the creamy sauce.
Serve the pasta topped with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with parsley.
