Break some of the pretzels up and place on a lined baking sheet so there’s not too many gaps.
Combine butter and sugar on high heat stirring continuously.
Once it starts to boil, leave it on a rolling boil for 3-4 minutes or until it reaches 130-155C.
Pour the hot caramel over the crackers and spread evenly.
Place into a 180C oven for 6-8 minutes until the caramel starts to bubble.
Pull it out and top with the chopped chocolate.
Leave it to melt for 2 minutes then spread.
Spread some salt over the top.
Top with whatever you want.
Leave to set for 2hrs+
