Whisk well together to blend
Gently drizzle the olive oil into the mixture until it emulsifies to a mayonnaise texture
Add chicken breasts or chicken thighs to the mixture and coat well.
Place in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours or best overnight.
Grill or bake at 450° with convection oven for approximately 25 minutes
Serve over pasta or rice.
