Protein-packed Lasagna ( turkey mince )
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Add garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then stir in marinara sauce.

  3. In the baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, turkey mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  5. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing to help it hold its shape.
