Slice your bread and prep your fruit topping.
Create your liquid mixture by whisking together 3 eggs, ¾ cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, LOTS of cinnamon, and ½ tablespoon of sugar.
Heat your pan with a few tabs of butter.
Dip the bread slices one by one into the liquid mixture, ensuring each side is lightly soaked.
Add the soaked bread slices to the hot pan and cook each side for about a minute and a half or until golden brown with a light layer of crisp.
Serve with raspberries and powdered sugar.
