In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Microwave for 1 to 3 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds, or until melted and smooth.
In a blender, place the tofu, melted chocolate, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 to 4 jars and chill for at least 4 hours.
Serve topped with yogurt and raspberries, if desired.
