Preheat oven to 425°F
Chop up cabbage and slice sausage
Load cabbage and sausage into a bowl
Generously coat with olive oil and add seasonings (¼ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp Italian seasoning, ⅛ tsp smoked paprika)
Mix well
Cook for 30 minutes at 425°F
While sheet pan is cooking, prepare beer cheese by adding all beer cheese ingredients into a pot
Heat beer cheese on medium heat until everything is melted and well combined
Be careful with chicken bouillon to avoid over salting
Adjust thickness of sauce by adding more beer or broth as desired
Load cabbage, smoked sausage, and pierogies into a bowl
Top with beer cheese sauce and additional bacon pieces
