Sauté the shallots in olive oil for a couple minutes
Add the minced garlic and cook for 20-30 seconds
Add the Calabrian chili paste (or hot pepper flakes)
Add 3 tbsp of tomato paste
Add a handful of cherry tomatoes
Add the 2 cans of cannellini or butter beans
Add some water
Season with salt
Simmer for 15-20 minutes
Serve with basil and burrata, using crusty bread as a utensil
