Wash the limes and slice them in half
Blend the lime halves with water (1 cup of water per lime)
Strain the lime mixture through a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp and skin
Perform a second strain if needed to remove all pulp
Add 1 scoop of ice and half a can of sweetened condensed milk to a blender
Pour the strained lime water into the blender
Blend until combined and foamy
Serve and enjoy
