  1. Mix everything in a bowl to make a shaggy dough. It should not be sticky. Add more flour if it is

  2. Roll the dough in your hands so it's soft, then tear in half to create two dough balls

  3. Use your hands to shape the dough into bagels with a hole in the middle

  4. Air fry on 180C for 12 mins (or 15 mins if using wholemeal flour) or oven bake for 20-25 mins
