Honey Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken And Potatoes With Green Beans
  1. Make the glaze by stirring together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic. Set aside.

  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

  3. In a slow cooker, add chicken thighs and sliced potatoes. Pour sauce on top.

  4. Close lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Or, cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

  5. About 30 minutes before you're ready to eat, add green beans into slow cooker.

  6. Once chicken is cooked through and tender, turn off slow cooker.
