Crispy Baked Feta With Cranberry Hot Honey
  1. The day before you plan to make this, remove the feta from the packaging, wrap in paper towels, and let it hang out in the fridge overnight on a perforated rack to remove moisture.

  2. The next day, dust your work surface with flour and lay out pastry.

  3. Brush each layer of pastry with melted butter, and stack 4 sheets on each other.

  4. Cut your feta into small sticks, place on phyllo, and cut phyllo large enough to leave ½ of pastry in each side so you can fully wrap the feta.

  5. Once feta is wrapped, then brush it all over with melted butter, transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven or air fryer until golden and crispy.

  6. Mix all ingredients together for the hot honey, and pop in the microwave to warm up and let the flavors infuse!
