Greek Chicken Souvlaki Gyros w/ Tzatziki
  1. Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag and shake well to mix.

  2. Add chicken and shake to ensure the marinade is covering chicken.

  3. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours.

  4. Remove chicken from marinade, and toss the leftover marinade.

  5. Thread chicken onto skewers and grill until cooked through on an outdoor grill, or on the stove top with a grill pan.

  6. Chicken is done once it is cooked through and reaches 165°F on an instant read meat thermometer.

  7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes wrapped in foil, then serve as desired!
