Lemon Mousse
  1. Halve and scrape the lemon then squeeze out the juice

  2. Pour the juice into a saucepan with sugar and gelatin, stir until smooth then pour into a whipping cream bowl and mix together

  3. Bring them back into the lemon mass through the sieve

  4. Let it rest in the fridge at least 1 hour
