10-minute Cheesy Salmon Rice Bake Recipe
  1. Place the pasta sauce, salmon, frozen vegies, cream and shallot in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture comes to the boil.

  2. Meanwhile, heat the rice in the microwave following packet directions. Spread the rice over the base of a 2L (8 cup) greased baking dish.

  3. Preheat the oven grill to high. Spread the salmon mixture over the rice. Sprinkle with the cheese. Grill for 3 minutes or until the cheese is golden and melted.
