Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour boiling water over them and boil for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water and mash potatoes until puree.
Add salt, black pepper, your favorite spices and Olive oil.
Mix well until a dough forms.
Using a spoon, separate some of the dough .
Use your hands to form small balls of about 2 cm in diameter.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the balls on it at equal distances from each other.
Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and use a glass or cup to crush the balls as shown in the video.
Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and place the dish in a preheated oven.
Bake at 120 degrees Celsius+ full convection, 60-70 minutes
