Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the Brie pieces in a small oven-safe baking dish, adding pieces of jamón between them.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, fresh thyme, honey, hot honey, and walnuts.
Spoon the mixture over the Brie and jamón, then add a few small spoonfuls of fig jam on top.
Finish with a little more thyme.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the Brie is warm, soft, and perfectly melted.
Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.
