Homemade Bread
  1. In a small bowl, stir honey and warm water. Add yeast, stir, and let sit until foamy.

  2. In a mixer or mixing bowl, add flour, oil, salt, and milk. Pour in the yeast mixture.

  3. Mix until fully combined. Knead by hand or mixer until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky.

  4. Lightly oil a bowl, shape dough into a ball, and place it inside. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 to 1½ hours.

  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface, gently deflate, and shape into a loaf.

  6. Grease a loaf pan, place dough in it, and let rise again until it domes about 1 inch above the pan.

  7. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden and sounds hollow when tapped.

  8. Cool fully in the pan before slicing.
