Zucchini and Carrots Rose Tart
  1. Unfold a puff pastry sheet in 9" x 13" pan

  2. Bake 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, let cool.

  3. Mix eggs, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, mozzarella and oregano. Mix until smooth.

  4. Spread cheese mix on top of tart base.

  5. For roses, slice zucchini and carrots lengthwise using a potato peeler.

  6. Place the slices in a bowl and cook in the microwave for 1 minute.

  7. Take one long slice of vegedata and roll it on itself very tightly. Place on tart base

  8. Keep going creating rose buds.

  9. Brush with olive oil on top of vegedatas

  10. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes until tender.
