Grandma and Mom’s Banana Bread/Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:

    Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin or a glass loaf pan.

  2. Mash bananas.

  3. Whisk bananas, mayo, egg, and vanilla together.

  4. Fold in flour, sugar, and baking soda.

  5. Add chocolate chips.

  6. In a muffin tin scoop ¼c of batter into each muffin liner.

    If using a loaf pan pour in batter until it is about half way full.

  7. Bake muffins for 18 min. If making a loaf bake for 1h.

  8. Cool before removing from pans.

Makes at least 12-15 muffins per batch.

NOTE: If the loaf top if browning too quickly, tent it with aluminum foil.
