Toast the oats in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add cinnamon and continue to toast for 1 more minute.
Add the water, turn the heat down to medium low and stir to combine.
Once simmering, add the milk and dates.
Stir regularly until thickened, then add your flax seeds.
Stir to combine and remove from heat.
For each plate, smear ½ cup Greek yogurt along the bottom of the bowl, then add a drizzle of tahini and a drizzle of maple syrup.
