Chicken Fried Rice
  1. Heat coconut oil in large skillet until hot.

  2. Add cubed/diced chicken

  3. Cook, stirring constantly, 7min or until cooked through.

  4. Remove from pan and set aside.

  5. Add vegetables to pan. Cook 2 min.

  6. Add rice and ginger and sauté 2 min. Scrape veggies and rice to one side.

  7. Add egg and cook while stirring until cooked.

  8. Return chicken to pan and add bragg’s. stir well.
