Mix together the water, sugar, yeast and salt.
Add the wheat flour and 1 Tbsp olive oil and mix the dough until it's stretchy.
Put oil on top and let it rest for 4h.
Oil a baking dish, slide in the dough and let it rest another 45mins.
Drizzle with more oil, make dimples with your finger.
Bake at 220C/450F for 20-25mins
