Preheat oven to 425F
Thaw out one sheet of puff pastry and roll out slightly into a rectangle
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet
Down the center of the braid, spread some basil pesto
Add a layer of sliced tomatoes followed by sliced mozzarella
Grate some black pepper on top and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Add a couple handfuls of baby spinach and then sprinkle with some pine nuts
Fold the braid up according to how it was done in the video
Brush with an egg wash (1 egg beaten together with 1 tbls water)
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden
