Whisk eggs in medium bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, wasabi, seasoning and lemon juice.
Lightly mix in crab meat and bread crumbs, stirring until fully combined and able to be shaped.
Form crab cakes into 8-12 patties, depending on desired size (can use a ½ cup measuring cup to shape the patties).
Heat oil over med-high heat in large pan.
Add crab cakes and cook until crispy and golden brown, approx 3-4 min per side depending on thickness.
Serve with fresh lemon slices and tartar sauce.
