Cut a block of extra firm tofu in half vertically, then slice into tofu sticks.
Season breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dill, and salt.
Set up 3 bowls: Flour, Soy milk, Seasoned breadcrumbs
Coat each tofu stick: Flour, Soy milk, Breadcrumbs, Soy milk, Breadcrumbs
Fry in neutral oil (vegetable or canola) until golden and crispy.
Combine vegan Caesar Dressing ingredients: ½ cup vegan mayo, 1.5 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon, ½ tsp agave, ¼ tsp vegan fish sauce (optional), ½ tsp Worcestershire, ¼ tsp Tabasco, 1 tsp chopped capers, 2 small cloves garlic, finely grated, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp soy milk (more if needed), Optional splash of red wine vinegar.
Spread garlic vegan mayo on a large tortilla.
Add vegan mozzarella.
Add Caesar salad.
Add extra vegan bacon.
Add 3 crispy tofu sticks.
Drizzle with extra Caesar dressing.
Top with extra vegan parm.
Roll tightly and cook in a frying pan for about 30 seconds per side, until lightly crisped.
