Whole Roasted Cauliflower
  1. Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 5-6 minutes.

  2. Rub the cauliflower with the olive oil and add the salt.

  3. Bake at 225C/450F for 45 minutes.

  4. Mix the tahini, maple syrup, lime juice, sriracha (optional), salt, and water to thin for the sauce.

  5. Serve the cauliflower with the sauce.
