Overnight Oats Recipe With Yogurt
  1. Place the rolled oats into a mason jar or airtight container with at least a 16-ounce capacity.

  2. Spoon the Greek yogurt directly on top of the oats.

  3. Pour the milk over the yogurt and oats.

  4. Add the chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

  5. Stir everything together until fully combined, making sure no dry oats remain at the bottom.

  6. Seal the jar with a lid and place it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

  7. In the morning, open the jar and stir. Add a splash of milk and stir again if the oats look too thick.

  8. Pile on fresh fruit, granola, or a drizzle of nut butter right before eating.

  9. Eat straight from the jar cold, or let it sit on the counter for five minutes if you prefer it slightly less chilled.
