Toast, butter, and jam the bread, then blitz into flakes.
Mix cold butter and brown butter with sugars and miso.
Add egg, yolk, and vanilla.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Add white chocolate and 60g toast flakes.
Spoon jam over dough to marble, do not mix.
Scoop dough, coat in toast flakes, and chill.
Bake at 190°C for 9–11 minutes.
Top with extra white chocolate.
Cool slightly and enjoy.
