Easy & Delicious Kebab
  1. Chop the onion and parsley in a food processor and squeeze out the juice.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, and spices, and knead well.

  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and cut it into long strips using a knife or spatula, leaving space between each.

  4. Place tomatoes and peppers around the edges of the tray.

  5. Add salt and olive oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 15 minutes (top and bottom heat).

  6. Then switch the oven to the top grill setting and let it brown slightly without drying it out.

  7. If the vegetables didn't roast to your liking, you can move them to a separate tray and roast them in the oven.
