  1. Press and cut 200g medium firm tofu

  2. Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili oil, cumin powder, sriracha, curry powder, white vinegar, white pepper, msg, and chilli flakes

  3. Coat tofu with the spice mixture and cook until golden

  4. Prepare peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, chilli crisp oil, agave syrup, and noodle water

  5. Toss boiled noodles with peanut sauce

  6. Top with cumin tofu and steamed bok choy
