For Cranberry Aioli: Mix 1 cup vegan mayo with 1 cup cranberry sauce
Add 2 tsp 21 Seasoning Salute, ½ tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp onion powder to the cranberry mixture
Blend until smooth and combined
For Rosemary Garlic Sauce: Blend 2 tsp fresh rosemary, 3 roasted garlic cloves, and 1 cup soaked cashews
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add ½ cup water and blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more water if too thick
For Creamy Herb Gravy: Caramelize ½ cup chopped red onion
Blend 1 ½ cups cashews with 1 cup vegetable broth until smooth
Mix in caramelized onion, 1 tbsp liquid amino, 2 tbsp avocado oil, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp sage, and ½ tsp thyme
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Blend until creamy and smooth
