Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Stack
  1. Heat skillet over medium-high, add beef and onion, cook 6–8 minutes until browned.

  2. Stir in garlic, cook 1 minute, drain fat, season with salt.

  3. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, rice, and broth. Mix fully.

  4. Cook 2–3 minutes until broth is absorbed and rice tender.

  5. Stir in half cheese and bacon until melted.

  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon, cover 2–3 minutes.

  7. Grease ring mold, press rice mix, add bacon/cheese core, top with more rice.

  8. Torch or broil for golden finish, serve hot.
