Preheat the oven to 425°F. With a rack in the center position.
Spread carrots out on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and spread carrots out into a single layer.
Bake in the oven until the carrots are golden and tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Toss with fresh parsley. Transfer the carrots to a serving platter and serve immediately.
