125g cream cheese
¼ cup icing sugar
Ingredients For Cookies
½ cup butter (113g)
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 & ½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup cake flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp baking soda
1 & ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup white chocolate chips
1 & ½ cup fruity pebbles
Ingredients For Glaze
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp icing sugar

Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese with icing sugar. Divide into 6 equal parts. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Beat cold butter for about a minute. Add sugars and beat again until well combined. 3.Add eggs with vanilla extract and beat for about a minute. 4.Add dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough. Don’t over mix. 5.Pour chocolate and ½ cup fruity pebbles.
Roll each part into a dough ball.
Flatten the dough ball and fill it with cream cheese.
Close the edges and roll it again into a ball.
Take 1 cup fruity pebbles in a bowl and roll the dough balls in it.
Bake @375°f for 10-12 minutes.
Let the cookies set in the baking dish for 10 minutes after baking. Cool down completely on a wire rack.
Mix the ingredients for cream cheese glaze and drizzle on cool cookies.
