Jalapeño Cowboy Ranch
  1. Freeze the jalapeño

  2. Use a microplane to grate the frozen jalapeño directly into the ranch to infuse flavor without leaving chunks

  3. Add mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and zest to a bowl or mason jar

  4. Add parsley, dill, chives, thyme, paprika, cayenne, and red pepper flakes

  5. Mix everything together well

  6. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or longer to let the flavors set up before serving
