Freeze the jalapeño
Use a microplane to grate the frozen jalapeño directly into the ranch to infuse flavor without leaving chunks
Add mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and zest to a bowl or mason jar
Add parsley, dill, chives, thyme, paprika, cayenne, and red pepper flakes
Mix everything together well
Refrigerate for a couple of hours or longer to let the flavors set up before serving
