Creamy Millet Porridge With Coconut, Vanilla & Pear
  1. Place the millet, coconut milk, nutmeg and vanilla into a medium saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Immediately reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring very regularly until the texture is creamy.

  4. Add the grated pear and cook for a further minute.

  5. Serve immediately with a drizzle of coconut cream or organic dairy cream.

  6. Top with berries.
