Golden Tofu Bites
  1. Pat dry and tear tofu in bite sized pieces.

  2. Toss tofu with corn starch and salt.

  3. Fry tofu in oil until crispy.

  4. Mix together agave/maple syrup, lemon juice, paprika, ground coriander, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.

  5. Add 1-2 Tbsp water to the glaze mixture.

  6. Add the glaze to the fried tofu and stir to coat.

  7. Fry for 2-3 minutes until nicely glazed.
