Pat dry and tear tofu in bite sized pieces.
Toss tofu with corn starch and salt.
Fry tofu in oil until crispy.
Mix together agave/maple syrup, lemon juice, paprika, ground coriander, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Add 1-2 Tbsp water to the glaze mixture.
Add the glaze to the fried tofu and stir to coat.
Fry for 2-3 minutes until nicely glazed.
