Beat 1 large egg in a bowl
Mix crushed cornflakes and flour in another bowl
Season the cornflake mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
Dip chicken tenders in beaten egg, then coat with cornflake mixture
Cook chicken tenders until crispy (air fry or bake)
In a pan, melt light butter over medium heat
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
Stir in buffalo sauce and heat through
Toss cooked chicken tenders in the buffalo garlic sauce
Top with finely grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish with fresh parsley and a pinch of salt
Drizzle with hot honey before serving
