Miso Gochujang Tofu Noodle Jar Meal Prep
  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and bake for 15 minutes in the air-fryer or in the oven

  2. Chop the vegetables while the tofu is baking

  3. Mix the marinade ingredients in the bottom of each jar

  4. Divide the crispy tofu equally between the jars

  5. Add the edamame, vegetables, and a serving of dry noodles to each jar

  6. Push down and cover with a heat-proof, sealable, air-tight lid

  7. Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days

  8. When serving, pour hot water over the jar contents until fully covered

  9. Let soak for 3-5 minutes until noodles cook through

  10. Mix and enjoy
