Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flour, shredded coconut, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Mix Well: Stir or shake until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the seeds are evenly distributed.
Refrigerate Overnight: Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the seeds to soften and absorb the liquid, creating a thick, creamy consistency similar to oatmeal.
Transfer to Creami Container: Once chilled, pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze solid for at least 24 hours.
Process in Creami: Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the "Lite Ice Cream" or "Sorbet" setting.
Re-Spin if Needed: If the texture is crumbly after the first spin, use the "Re-Spin" function once to achieve a smoother, creamier texture.
Enjoy: Add your desired toppings like berries, nuts, or sugar-free chocolate chips and enjoy immediately.
