Creamy Lime & Miso Noodle Salad
  1. Blitz together the ingredients for the dressing. Adjust to taste, more maple syrup for sweetness, more miso for umami & lime for more bite

  2. Preheat air-fryer to 200°C. Crumble the tofu and pat dry

  3. Toss tofu in a bowl with soy sauce, sriracha, cornflour & maple syrup

  4. Toss broccoli with sesame oil & half the sesame seeds

  5. Place tofu and broccoli in the air-fryer and cook for 4 minutes

  6. Give everything a stir & cook for a further 4 minutes. Remove the broccoli & stir the tofu before returning to air-fryer

  7. Cook for a further 7-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy

  8. Toss the cooked broccoli with the noodles, edamame and about ½ of the dressing

  9. Divide the noodles, tofu & veg between containers. Store dressing separately & drizzle when ready to eat

  10. Finish with sesame seeds when ready to serve
