In a large skillet, combine the chicken broth, water, au jus seasoning, ranch, and pepperoncinis. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the rotisserie chicken.
While the rotisserie chicken is heating through, in a small bowl using a fork, combine the butter and flour into a paste.
Add the paste into the boiling skillet and stir slowly while the butter melts.
Let the mixture boil until the gravy thickens.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
