  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients

  2. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients

  3. Pour wet into dry and mix for 20 seconds (leaving some lumps)

  4. Heat your pan over medium heat and lightly grease it

  5. Pour two spoonfuls of batter and immediately cover with a lid

  6. Cook for 2 minutes per side, always with the lid on

  7. Serve with your favorite topping
