Separate 2 whole eggs
In one small tin add the Egg Whites
Dry shake with strainer spring to bring as close to stiff peaks as possible
In the other small tin add the Egg Yolks, Simple Syrup, Grated Nutmeg, Cognac, Jamaican Rum, and Madeira Wine
Dry shake
Add to Egg White tin
Roll them back and forth to combine
Add Milk
Roll again
Open pour into glass
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg
