Frozen Peach Rosé Slushy
  1. To make the peach thyme syrup: Bring ¾ cup water, the fresh peaches, honey, and thyme to a boil in a small pot. Simmer 5 minutes, until the peaches are very soft. Remove from the heat and strain through a mesh strainer into a glass jar. Chill.

  2. In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, wine, peach thyme syrup, and ½ cup of ice. Blend until slushy. Add additional wine to thin.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve with fresh peach slices. Drink!
