Grilled Cajun-Spiced BBQ Chicken Wraps with Creamy Sweet Ranch & Crispy Crunch
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the BBQ Sauce:
½ cup smoky BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon honey
For the Sweet Ranch Crunch:
½ cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon honey
½ cup crispy fried onions or tortilla strips
For Assembly:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced pickled jalapeños (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Make the BBQ Sauce: In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce with honey. Toss sliced chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
Make the Sweet Ranch Crunch: Stir honey into ranch dressing until combined. Set aside crispy fried onions or tortilla strips for assembling.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay out tortillas. Sprinkle cheddar cheese in the center, top with BBQ Cajun chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickled jalapeños. Drizzle with sweet ranch and sprinkle crispy onions or tortilla strips for crunch.
Toast (Optional): Fold tortillas into wraps and toast in a skillet or panini press for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Serve warm with extra sweet ranch on the side for dipping.
